How to repair Electric Iron

In general, electric iron parts are easily damaged, among others:
1 heating element,
2 Wire interface,
3.Terminal,
4 Plugs,
5. thermostat,

The way the repairs are:
1 Examination of an open relationship,
Use a multimeter, set it on a scale Rx1k. Pull the plug from the source plane. Measure the plug ujung2 of aircraft with a multimeter. The next step, if the iron does not work possible causes are:

b. Cable plug is damaged, check the cable; replace if damaged.
c. Element is damaged, check with a multimeter; replace if damaged.
d. Thermostat loose contact, check the thermostat, contact mechanism; replace if damaged.
